Challenge:

Innovation to simulate traditional look while meeting egress.
Very Large (Over 6′ openings) with a function and traditional look for this new quadplex.

Solution:

Our Brickmold Series and Casements/Awnings were Done with Cambridge Casing for the Large (Over 6 foot) Openings. Grills on the top with big sashes on the bottom accomplish function on very Heavy Windows that look and work great!

The balance system was doubled up in order to get the windows to operate (because they are very wide and very tall). Many of the casements needed to be egresses, so the SDL’s were done in the middle to simulate double hung windows.

A large 4 wide patio door was added to the back 96 tall x 120 wide

Large awnings were added to get ventilation to the basement
